How do I clean my slippers?
Genuine sheepskin is naturally self-cleansing thanks to its lanolin coating. To protect the outside, spray with 2 layers of suede protector. Depending on the style, you can use dry carpet powder or wash on a wool-cycle cold wash.
How long does delivery usually take?
Local deliveries can range from overnight to 2 days, and nationally between 3-5 working days.
Should I use my normal shoe size when ordering slippers?
Yes. Our slippers are graded per UK shoe sizes. A new pair might feel slightly tight at first, but after a few wears the wool flattens and creates space around your foot.
Is sheepskin safe for babies?
Yes. Sheepskin is soft, hypoallergenic, and breathable. Its natural fibres regulate temperature and wick moisture, making it a gentle and safe choice for babies.
