Prior to dispatch, we specifically requested that extra care be taken with gift presentation, as the item was a farewell gift going directly to the recipient. I'm sorry the presentation on arrival fell short, especially for a farewell gift. We do wrap orders by hand using natural paper and a string or golden thread tie, but it's clear the parcel wasn't in good condition when it reached you — and for a gift order specifically requested to be special, that matters.
